Leadership Essentials Half Day Workshop

This interactive leadership workshop is designed to build strong leadership fundamentals, strengthen communication skills, and provide practical tools leaders can apply immediately. Participants will learn how to lead people more effectively, navigate everyday workplace challenges, and support overall organizational success.

Through guided discussion, real world examples, and skills-based activities, attendees will develop greater confidence in their leadership approach while learning how to foster accountability, collaboration, and trust within their teams.

Opening Keynote Speaker: Alan Bernstein

Alan will kick off the morning with "Supervising Others: A Survival Guide for the New Supervisor."  In this engaging and practical session, Alan will share proven strategies to help supervisors become more confident and effective leaders.  Whether you're a new supervisor, an experienced manager looking to sharpen your skills, or an HR professional supporting leaders, this session will provide practical tools you can put to work immediately.

Alan is the Owner and Chief Human Resource Consultant of HR Office Savers, Inc., where he advises organizations on HR compliance, staffing, employee relations, compensation, and other critical workforce issues. He serves on the Executive Committee of the HR Florida State Council and is a past president of our local chapter. Alan also teaches SHRM certification preparation courses at Eastern Florida State College and is a respected leader throughout our community.
